Nana Lind - The Human Gaze & The 6/9 Problem
Nana Lind is an actress, artistic director, and transdisciplinary performing artist. Her training includes acting studies at The Acting Studio and the T. Schreiber Studio in New York, Goldsmiths College in London, and the Danish National School of Performing Arts. She holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Research & Performance Studies from the University of Copenhagen and completed vocal training at the Anne Rosing Institute.
She works as a freelance actress across a wide spectrum — spanning from The Royal Danish Theatre to the independent performance art scene — and is permanently associated as an actress with the immersive art restaurant Alchemist.
Since 2021, she has also been active as a self-producing performing artist and creative entrepreneur. In her own practice, she specializes in participatory, collaborative, and interactive theater methods. She writes, stages, and performs in her own productions, working primarily cross-artistically in collaboration with disciplines such as music, dance, poetry, singing, and video.
